Ugly, but Reliable. No A/C $1,000
I just wanted to share good news. Ask Patty like the post about me buying a new mini-van so much she posted it in full on her site. That’s my first “guest blogger” gig.
Check out the Ask Patty blog for all your car needs. She’s a chick who knows her cars and she’s sure to have advice for whatever your automotive issue.
I’m busily trying to sell my Olds ‘88. I’ve had several people respond to my ad:
1990 ‘88 Olds, Ugly, But Reliable, No A/C, $1,000.
Everyone who has come has loved it but doesn’t actually have $1,000. One guy said he’d be right back after cashing his check and then he never showed back up. Another guy was blatently drinking a bottle of Budweiser and that was at about 10 a.m. He had the nerve to ask if I would take weekly payments before he got into his car and drove off.
Moral delimna - should I have called the cops on him for driving under the influence? Would that have been good Karma for stopping him from drinking while driving or would it be bad Karma for getting someone arrested? I probably should have turned him in.
I have someone on his way right now to buy this sucker. Come on, Mama needs some air conditioning in her new van!

Tracee~ I tagged you for a meme, don’t know what that means? Check out my blog. I’d buy your car, but the no A/C is a total deal breaker ;)

SOLD $800! I totally barter when I buy a car, so I figure it’s only fair.
Really, this poor guy had no teeth. Well, he had one. Not that he’ll use the other $200 to go to the dentist, but I really figured the guy needed a break in life. It’s got to be good Karma and I’m sure God will provide what I need with the $800.
I said a little prayer over the car that it would work well for him as he commutes to and from work.

Hey Tracee- you can tag me back if you like. you just do a post with your 7 facts, and include the other blogs you “tagged”. just copy/paste the directions in mine so that when you leave other comments telling people that you’ve tagged them, they can know what to do. As for what a meme is. I still have no clue!! :)
