I am a big fan of sites that are dedicated to women entrepreneurs such as Ladies Who Launch and career development for women, such as my new fav:

Professional Diva: The career site for the stylish professional.

This is, for all intent and purpose, a job search tool…but with a panache that you will never see on other such sites.

What distinguishes this site from others is the accompanying articles that appear within 4 key categories:
