The book a new earth is enlightening. I viewed most of the webcast and felt it could be helpful. As a busy mother with two kids who works full time, I often find my self caught up in my “thinking” too much. I never viewed it as wasteful but realize that it is wasteful.
How amazing for Oprah to see that this could change people’s lives one at a time, if it were not for her, I would have never read this book.

Stacy I know what you mean. I realized I live in my head a great deal. When I have two beautiful children right in front of me demanding my attention I’m thinking about something else and I’m missing it. Lots of times I’m writing these columns in my head all day long. It’s a struggle to stop the noise and chatter.
Yoga and meditation has really helped me to focus. Also, tomorrow I think I have a post about The NOW Watch a clever reader of A New Earth has created. Stay tuned.
