Hi there,

about your teeth grinding…you could try the Australian Bush Flower Essences, they are FANTASTIC, cheap and efficient ! Recommanded are : Black eyed susan, Dagger Hakea, red Grevillea.
Black eyed susan if you think it could be stress related, impatience, constant striving, over commited etc…dagger Hakea if you think it could be related to a Forgiveness issue, resentment, bitterness towards close family, friends, lovers. Red Grevillea if you think it could be well related to a sense of feeling stuck, too reliant on others, oversensitive, affected by criticism and unpleasant people . Take your pick… you could decide to mix 2 or 3 together.it is ok !

Thanks for the tips Catherine.

Do I eat the flowers? Do I burn incense with those smells? Do they come in pill form?

Are they essential oils?
