My entire life when I’ve heard “5 servings of fruits and veggies every day,” I have always thought 5 servings of fruits and/or veggies in any combination.

Got a tip from Susie Homemaker:
Real 1 Minute Oats Recipe
1/3 cup oats
2/3 cup water (I don’t really measure)
raisins and pecans (whatever you want)
Microwave 1 minute (let it sit to absorb water)
Seriously, the whole packaging thing - full of high fructose corn syrup, sugars, etc. was just an expensive trick.
